Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your items. If for any reason you’re not, you may return items purchased online to Cosy Chic for a full refund, replacement or exchange, provided you have the original tax invoice, and items are returned in a saleable condition and have not been worn within 10 days of purchase.
You will need to cover the cost of the courier fee in order to return your purchase.
If the incorrect product is delivered to you by mistake (i.e. it is not the product you purchased) please do not remove the product from its original packaging. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of the mistake so that we can arrange collection of the product and deliver the correct product to you as quickly as possible.
Returns / Warranty Policy – Defective Products
Received a faulty product? We want to sort it out straight away. Email us at email@example.com so we can arrange for a replacement to be sent to you and we will collect the defective product and cover all delivery and collection charges.
Wrong shoe / Clothing Size
Did you order the wrong size? No problem! Email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly arrange the exchange. However, please note that you will be responsible for the collection fee as well as the redelivery fee of your chosen item.
Sale items may not be returned for an exchange/refund under any circumstances.
